What are your service areas?
Currently only available in Klang Valley. We can arrange for pickup or delivery only within the Cheras area.
Other areas will need to use delivery service – Lalamove, Grab, etc. (Charges to be bear by the customer).
How do I pick up?
Pick up area only around the Leisure Mall area.
Can you deliver out of Cheras, instead of using Delivery Platform?
Apologies, I do this on weekends, to bring the 3thanwong.com experience to my audience. Therefore I do not have a delivery team or delivery partner. But talk to me, let’s see what works best for us both.
How long can the cake stay fresh?
Best eaten within 3 days.
It can be stored up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
How to store the cake?
Keep refrigerated
Can I reheat the cake?
I do not recommend reheating the cake, as it would make the outer layer very dry as well as affecting the overall tasting experience.
I’ve tried reheating it myself, didn’t like it.
How the cake can be enjoyed?
Chilled or room temperature.
The cake comes chilled.
If you wish to enjoy it at room temperature, cut the portion that you wish to eat and leave it in the open for about 30 minutes to allow the temperature to drop to room temperature.
I personally like it chilled.
